All cancellations/reschedules/no shows are subject to the following fees;
*48-hours prior to session notices are subject to a $25 processing fee to cover credit card processing charges and administrative time.
*24 hours prior to session notices are subject to a 50% processing fee to cover credit card processing charges and administrative time.
*Less than 24 hours cancellations and/or “No Show” session with no notice of cancellation are charged the full amount of the session.
Notices include rescheduling are subject to the fees above plus new session rate.
There is some flexibility in this policy for emergency situations but remember, a scheduled appointment is time reserved especially for you. And usually if you cancel at the last minute the reserved spot can not be rescheduled.
Cancellation fees must be paid before another session is scheduled.
